Time for something sweet: this fuse bead cupcake, frosting swirl and all! I built the icing out of three shrinking circles to get that classic swirl look, plus a little cherry on top because why not. Same rule as always — one square on the pattern equals one bead, so count carefully through the striped wrapper at the bottom, that’s what really sells the look.
Workshop tip: iron the base and wrapper first, then move on to the frosting — it keeps the beads from shifting around while you work. And always iron between two sheets of parchment paper on low heat, or your colors might bleed into each other.
This little cupcake makes an adorable kitchen magnet, a sweet room decoration, or a fun project to bead together over an afternoon snack with the kids!
