Round, sweet and perfectly pink, this fuse bead macaron is such a treat to make! The cream band through the middle stands for the ganache peeking out of the shell, just like on a real macaron from the bakery window. To bead it, I’d start with the cream strip in the centre, then fill in the pink all around following the curve of the pattern, one square for one bead. Once ironed, this little macaron makes a cute fridge magnet, or joins a play-food set alongside cupcakes, an ice cream cone or a slice of cake for an all fuse-bead afternoon tea.
