Even far from the beach, you can always keep a little seashell close by! This fan-shaped shell, with its fine ridges radiating from the base, is a really simple design: one bead per square, following the rounded outline and then the lines that give the shell its texture. Since it’s not too detailed, it’s a great first grid to make with kids. Just make sure to press the beads firmly together before ironing, especially along the thin middle lines, so they don’t shift. Once it’s done, your shell makes a lovely fridge magnet or a cute bathroom decoration, for a little beach-holiday feeling all year round.
