This little hedgehog with its cream snout is impossible not to love! The back alternates two shades of brown to give the spikes some texture — an easy color pattern to follow on the grid, row by row, using the darker guide marks every five pegs to keep your place. The pale belly, tiny nose and black eye go on last, once the body is mostly filled in.
My tip: lay down the whole outline first before filling the inside, so you can check straight away that the design is centered on your pegboard. When ironing, go gently over the snout area since it’s a bit narrower there. Once it’s done, this hedgehog makes an adorable keychain to clip onto a backpack, or a sweet little decor piece for a kid’s shelf.
