I’m always up for a little festive touch, so I came up with this super simple bunting garland! On the grid, the grey string goes down first in one straight row across the top, then each flag is built in steps, a wide row, then two narrower ones, tapering to a point. I went with three repeating colors, pink, blue and yellow, but feel free to mix in whatever shades you have on hand! It’s a great first project to make with kids: the shapes are geometric and easy to follow, and the result is instantly recognizable. Once ironed, hang this little garland straight up above a bed or a shelf, or use it to dress up the top of a photo frame for a fun birthday touch.
