I just adore pansies, with their five petals playing across two colors and that little dark heart that makes them instantly recognizable. In this pattern, the two top petals are deep purple, the two side petals are lilac, and the big bottom petal is light yellow with a few purple streaks. One peg equals one bead, so start with the black center, it’s your anchor for placing all five petals evenly around it. The green stem and its two little leaves finish off the design at the bottom of the board. Once ironed, this pansy makes an adorable window decoration or a flowery magnet to gift for Grandparents’ Day.
