I sketched this little guy one crisp autumn evening, thinking of every hedgehog curling up in the garden before winter sets in. His round, cheerful face, the gradient of brown spikes, and that pointy little snout make him a lovely beginner project to share with your kids. One standard square pegboard is all you need: start by placing the spikes around the outline, then fill in the body from the center outward so you don’t lose track among all those prickles. Press each bead down firmly before ironing, especially on the tiny legs — they’re held on by just a few beads! Once ironed flat, this little hedgehog makes an adorable fridge magnet or a sturdy keychain to tuck into a backpack.
