Autumn is settling in nice and slow, and with it comes the urge to light a candle and pull out the pegboards for a cozy beading afternoon. Today I’m sharing four brand-new patterns fresh out of my workshop, plus a handful of my current favourites, so you’ve got a lovely lineup ready for the weekend.

Today’s four new patterns

For the new drops I wanted a bit of everything: some animal sweetness, a touch of home decor, and a hint of Halloween magic.

First up, the little chick – round, fluffy, and a great first project to bead with little ones.

Right next to it, the cozy nest with its three cream eggs brings a soothing nature touch – a sweet nod to the birds getting quieter as the cold sets in.

For the decor lovers, here’s a vintage-style wall clock with a crisp white face and perfectly symmetrical hands.

And since Halloween is just around the corner, I’m wrapping up with a bubbling green potion flask, perfect for hanging near a window for a touch of spooky magic.

More cozy season favourites

If these four new patterns have you reaching for your whole bead stash, here’s a little selection of autumn designs I’m loving right now: a fluffy red fox, a wide-eyed owl, a hedgehog getting ready for winter, a squirrel with its prized acorn, a textured pinecone, and a cute little polka-dot mushroom just waiting to pop up on your shelf.

A few of my beading tips

A few reminders that help me with every new grid: always bead the outline first before filling in the middle, it’s the best way to avoid losing your place. For symmetrical patterns like the clock or the nest, check in regularly that both sides match up – a glance every five or six rows is usually enough. And if you’d like more decor ideas, I’d already shared plenty in this round-up of things to make with fuse beads, plus a special selection for soaking up the season’s colours right here.
