This lion face is one of my favorite patterns for introducing kids to beadwork, and it works just as well on a square board! Start with the mane, laying down a big orange circle first, then add the darker little points all around to give it character. Next comes the beige muzzle, with round black eyes and a little brown nose-and-whiskers mark in the center. Léa’s tip: always work the mane from the center outward, that way you avoid gaps once the board is finished. With its warm colors, this lion is perfect for a kid’s room decoration or a fun fridge magnet. A pattern that is always a hit at home!
