Pixar in Fuse Beads: Toy Story, Nemo, Cars and Monsters Inc to Recreate

Hi everyone, it’s Léa! At my place, a Pixar movie night almost always turns into a fuse-bead session: the kids ask for Buzz, Nemo or Lightning McQueen, and out come the pegboards. Today I’m taking you on a tour of my favourite Pixar worlds in Hama beads, with more than fourteen designs gathered here and there plus a few ready-to-follow patterns. Grab your beads and let’s go!

Toy Story — when the toys come to life

There’s no better place to start than the gang from Andy’s room. Toy Story characters are perfect in beads: big blocks of colour and instantly recognisable shapes, ideal for beading with little ones.

Finding Nemo — off to the reef

Dive in! Reef fish are a joy to bead: Nemo’s orange and Dory’s blue really pop once ironed. Good news too, a cross-stitch chart converts straight over here — one square on the grid equals one bead, nice and simple.

Cars — bead your way to the finish line

We finish pedal to the metal with Lightning McQueen and friends. Cars work wonderfully in beads: colourful bodywork, bold racing numbers and small details that make all the difference once the board is ironed.
