My craft table has been busy this week! Between a soft little bunny, a sunny pineapple, a pointy-roofed country barn and a blue-shaded nautical anchor, I had plenty to keep me busy on my square pegboard. I’ve put together a selection of 8 favourite patterns for you: the four new ones from this week, plus four much-loved classics from our catalogue that deserved a little spotlight. Enough beading to fill several weekends, alone or with the kids!

In the garden and the farmyard

Let’s start with nature: four round, colourful designs. My little bunny with its pink ears and fluffy white tummy was a real favourite to design this week — stuck on the fridge as a magnet, it melts everyone’s heart at home. Alongside it, a juicy pineapple with its orange lattice body and spiky crown, a little turtle seen from above with its green scaly shell, and a pink flamingo balanced on one leg. These are lovely patterns for beginners and for beading alongside the kids, and they pair beautifully with our recent garden special in Hama beads, full of more nature-themed ideas.

Between the countryside and the seaside

Let’s change scenery with three slightly bigger, slightly trickier patterns: a red barn with a pointy roof and a double door, a little lighthouse watching over the coast, and a nautical anchor in shades of blue with a touch of rope. I love lining these three up on a shelf to build a little seaside scene — the lighthouse in the middle, the barn a little further back like a farm inland, and the anchor sitting right in front. Three lovely patterns for home décor or a handmade gift, or for a crafting afternoon where everyone works on their own grid.

And a sweet one to finish

No collection would be complete without our trusty ladybird, still one of your most requested patterns! It’s a catalogue classic, quick and simple to make, perfect for a child’s first grid or to round out a little parade of garden critters. You’ll also find it in our loveliest fuse bead patterns to print this week round-up, if you’re after even more ideas.

One last favourite

That wraps up this week’s selection! Let me know in the comments which pattern you’ll bead first, and do check back often — new patterns go up on the site every day, each with a full grid and a ready-to-print colour list. Happy beading, everyone!
