For a touch of Halloween magic, I came up with this bubbling green potion flask, with its round bulging base and a little brown cork stopper on top. A few scattered mint beads inside the green give the illusion of bubbles rising, as if the potion were still brewing! On your square pegboard, start at the narrow neck up top, then widen row by row to build the rounded base – this pattern is wider at the bottom than the top, so double-check the direction before you iron it. The dark green outline really matters here, it’s what gives the flask its glassy look. Hung in a window or set on a shelf, it’s the perfect finishing touch for a handmade Halloween display.
