I love fruit patterns because they’re gentle on the eyes and easy to get started with, even for a first try with fuse beads. This pear plays with a soft yellow gradient: lighter on top, a touch more golden on the sides, just like a real pear that’s ripened in the sun. Its small brown stem and green leaf finish the pattern with just a handful of beads. To build it, start with the stem and leaf right at the top, then work your way down row by row to the base, which is the widest part. Iron it gently, especially where the two yellows meet, so the beads melt together smoothly. Simple as it is, this pear makes a lovely kitchen decoration, or a sweet little gift to pair with a jar of homemade jam.

Four-Leaf Clover
A lucky four-leaf clover made from fuse beads, fitting neatly on one square pegboard.
